What is your return policy?
All orders are final sale. We work hard to make sure every order is complete and correct. All orders are double checked and packaged with love.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once order is processed a second email will be sent with tracking information for your shipment.

What glue should I use & how to apply?
Our mink lashes are 100% cruelty-free mink and are easily applied with any eyelash glue. For best results, apply a thin layer of lash glue directly to the lash band, let dry until tacky, and apply directly to the lash line with the applicator included in the order, applying first middle and then attaching ends. Pinch natural lash and mink lash together for a seamless look. Let dry and you're all set!
I received my tracking but my order is not moving?
We take each order seriously and work tirelessly to push orders out. Once shipped we are not responsible for the tracking and movement of the package. If there is a problem with shipping please contact your local postal office, provide them the tracking number and they can give you more information.
